Zona Zero

Zona Zero Association was founded back in 2008 by a group of local entrepreneurs and friends. Long before that, these friends started to clean old hiking trails with the purpose to ride them on there mountain bike. The old hiking trails connect medieval villages, hermitages, churches, refugees hidden in the hills and mountains around Ainsa.

Today Zona Zero is a network of more then 2000 km of designated mountain biking trails from easier flowy single track to long & hard high mountain trails for the true adventurer. Recently they added 20 E-MTB trails for the experienced E-MTB biker or the very strong enduro rider.

Each hill or mountain around Ainsa has one or more trails.

The people behind Zona Zero really pushed enduro mountain biking in Spain forward over the last decade. Zona Zero hosted a round of the Enduro World Series in both 2015 & 2018 and who knows when the next one is coming to town.

In 2018 they released the ZTrails app that tells you when a trails is closed for hunting, during hunting season, or when there is a tree has fallen or something else damaged the trail.
